Yes you can. Direct website orders are shipped to your requested address. We offer a click-and-collect option online as well. We are unable to break cartons with our online orders.
We do not have a minimum order value for click and collect or pick up from our warehouse. For free deliveries across all over Melbourne Metro Region, we do have a minimum order value of $200 ex-gst to ship products directly at your door step.

Once goods have been shipped from our warehouse you will receive a tax invoice. With this you will receive a tracking number from our courier partner and further information about your delivery. If you have any concerns, please contact us by email sales@foodnpaks.com.au or call us on 03 8806 1672.
Your delivery will be made to the delivery address setup in your account. If you need to edit this or add additional addresses, please contact our customer service team via email or by phonw.

If there is an issue with your order please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. Goods can be returned to us and subject to a re-stocking fee within 7 days of invoice date if they have not been opened. Further information is available in our terms and conditions.
